Bahria Phase 8 Ext Or B-17 Multi (E Block)

I have narrowed my search down to 2 big brands for long term investment. Bahria Town Phase 8 Ext or B-17 Multi (e block), which one should I go for, in terms of long term investment.

I'm a little put off with the politics side of BT due to NOCs being cancelled with enclave etc...so unsure whether I want to go for it, but the price is tempting...any thoughts?

Go for b-17 if you want long term investment .Bahria town phase 8 ext is also good but for long term investment b-17 is good option

BT will get NOC for Enclave, prices are increasing and they will not fall down as they are developed. Files anywhere might drop. Plus, diversify your portfolio, buy a developed plot in Bahria Town Phase 8 plus another in B-17 E block. Regards,

There are number of reasons one of main reason is it is in islamabad and will be connected to d-12 by margalla road in near 2-3 years which will increase its value .and also now you can buy 30*60 plot in reasonable price in e-block and in future it will increase.rest Allah knows best .

Sheikh Sb, You yourself have pointed out that in your own post, the amount of risk involved with BT is high as compared to Mulit. The rest is ur choice, more risk, more gain but the chances of loss are also there. But keeping in view the past record of BT, that is also not a bad option. Multi is safe and secure investment.

@ nasir saab, if I had a high budget that would be an option in buying in both places, unfortunately that is not an option and I must stick to one society religiously, something which is in my budget.

I am tempted to buying in e block but prices seem to have hiked quickly...may have to buy in instalments. I suppose I would not need to pay any shocking development charges with b-17 as everything would be inclusive anyway, as appose to bt at the moment. I have made my mind up and hunting for a cheap 30x60 in e block.

Prices in B-17 are increased much faster than other societies of zone-2 in last one month.

There has been a crazy price hike, wonder if prices will correct themselves soon or whether prices will go further higher? Been hunting for cheap 30x60 in e block but cant seem to find anything cheaper than 20 lakhs! even then I would need to pay instalments, so I may have to turn my attentions back to bt phase 8 ext…

So any luck of finding something reasonable in Block E with a budget of 1.5 million is bleak???

Why such a abnormal price hike??? I heard government is shifting the new Airport in Rawat , Nawaz Sharif is going to announce it soon .. I cannot understand the reason of this price hike

Airport shifting to Rawat is like impossible because alot of money already invested in zone-2 airport plus time now it is like impossible .plus margalla road is also start again that is also one of reason of price increase according some experts .

Is ki wajah yeh ha k New Airport pehaly wahan complete shift hona tha, laikin Prime Minister nay apne khitaab may kuch din pehlay kaha tha k finance deficit ki wajah se new airport pe mazeed paisay nahi laga sktay. Wahan pe cargo service he sirf shuru ho ge. Aur passenger service k liye aap ko km se km 8 saal wait krna paray ga. Wo is liye k 5 saal tk to PMLN ki govt rahe ge, next govt ko b paisay dety aur airport mukamal krny may time lagay ga agar next govt koshish kray ge.. Warna zyada chance to passenger service shuru na hony ka he hai..

Aur agar aap apny grand sons k liye kuch investment kr rahe hain to theek ha, laikin agar apne liye kr rahe hain to ap ko loss ho skta hai.

@V dear government ka pass khanay ko passay nahi hain tu economic zone aur airport kasay banay ga:).it is just another attempt to rob poor people of pakistan like CDA did by lunching CDA enclave 2 years back.@JANI agar b-17,f-17 ka ghubaary say hawa nikalny wali hai tu en ki prices kuin day by day increase hu rahe hain:)

I think it would become a political controversy so the government is resorting to other tactics.

Prices will go up in E-16, E-17 and F-16 and F-17 eventually due to location !

Prices will go up in B-17 due to high standard of development ...

PECHS , top City, Mumtaz city is going to be get effected the most if Airport finally shifts from its new location

but this is just my opinion.

What about Mrgala Avenue ??? Is it also on hold for next 4-5 years ??? if Margala Avenue gets complete ... Prices will B-17 will sky rocket in particular and in whole zone-2 in general ....
