Dear Experts, which sector is better for short term/long term investment ? bahria phase 8 sector K or F2. I believe prices are more or less the same. Budget 6 to 7 million.
F-2 cutting area is better option.

Yes F2 is hot than K but K is just in front of M which is gaining value due to the fast paced construction activity.
Also K is still low in price.
K also has good future potential, In Shaa Allah.

should one consider selling in K and buying in F2 ? considering the overhead costs, such as CGT, transfer, broker free ?
Hold your K which no need to sell for purchase in F-2.I thought that you are going to invest if you already have in K then no need to sell.
