You can get idea by OLX or zameen.com about prices because it’s depend of area of phase 8 around 7 marla in safari valley 38lakh to 50 lakh and 5 marla 30 to 40 depend of block and area and more better you should visit this area and ask to local dealers who work just in Bahria.i am in Kuwait and just week before bought plot in Abu bakar block in 45lakh, i hope u understand my mean.
