Falling down again after a brief stop ?? A 7 marla plot in abubakar block is not worth more than 30 - 34 ?? Is it true its further coming down ??

It's not true Safari valley Abu Bakar block prices still 3.4 to 4.5 Million depend on location which was before 4 to 5.5 million.
Yes it's true prices are falling rapidly in phase8 and in safari valley because of MR is focusing BTK but within one year prices will rise inshAllah and it's good time for investment in possession plots.Allah knows best.

@Adil. Your observation is partially correct i.e. Prices in Safari Valley have shown some further declines, but not as much as you have mentioned. Nevertheless, the market is pretty much stagnant with few buyers and if the situation doesn't improve after Eid, further declines may be expected.
A lot of dealers are counting on some renewed buyer interest after Eid, specially overseas ppl who are usually here for a short duration and do not have the time to wait for the market to hit the "sweet spot".
However, if their hopes do not materialize, there is a definite possibility that this decline in valley will also have a knock-over effect on Phase 8 as well.
Bahria market on the whole is down in twin cities, and with the ongoing developments in Karachi (both construction and political), investors are not keen on Bahria at the moment.
Phase 8 is still overpriced, specially files with no sign of development
Thanks Kashif and Nadeem sb for reply, my assessment is based on the Advertised Plots on Phase 8 Safari valley. A 7 marla Plot in abu bakar block is being advertised as low as 32, 33 lacs. Earlier they were at least in the range of 38 to 42.

Is this news true that there has been a recent settlement between malik riaz and dha regarding bahria garden city? Can someone please confirm?
@Shumaila shah. I am not sure what kind of settlement there will be, if any, between MR and DHA because his main problem with garden city is a 1 km patch which is owned by a private influential group. If you can be little specific maybe it can be cross checked. Thx.
