I meant phase-8 extension, beyond sector L but even in M, N, L etc, I would not put my hard earned money when other safe venues are available. I would wait till DHA manages GT road access to BT and MR returns with a Big Bang in BT Rawalpindi. Why do not you consider DHA valley 4 Marla commercials. This week my men visited there and wintessed development pace on fast track. It seems DHA is really thinking to hand over some sectors.

F1 is safe, no map change there but F2/F3........map change is inevitable!

F1 current price is, at good location, today @ 42 and some categary plots >45 for a 10 marla.

No doubt sector F1 is the best, location, height, filling, scenery but prices have been rocketed up

You can consider E1 but not E2/3 etc. I bought a 6 Marla very recently at agreed high cost from my friend on installment @ 25.5 with map, posession paid , that alone costs 2.5 lacs, but If I want to sell, I can make money as this line there is extra land for ALL plots.

Sir you know better than me that being costly or cheap depends upon personal factors and the fact that how you compare with what on what factors.

F1 is 10 Marla and E1 is 6 Marla. Both sectors are equal location wise and map will not change but if you want to live right after you buy then, well, you need to ask your family to visit first!

Investment wise both sectors are almost at the same footings, may be F1 having a little edge but again your priority is being near to Islamabsd or Rawalpindi?

No distance is not priority as I most of my time out of country I need something on ground for my little family as evribody saying ph 8 prices are very low why not get a bargain and save it for future

Matrix is right in suggesting sector I and also you can have a 7 Marla in safari valley in Abu Bakkar in the area where there is no filling (Rafi block to be avoided). 35 lacs sector I , there is 10 Marla whereas in valley the same budget it is 7 Marla. Choice at yours.
