When we talk about selling, it opens many venues if we are opting for the investment.

We should sell if we could see some other project which could give us profit, we can then sell at loss even!

If you do not have anything in mind for the next investment then E sector is one of the best ones in BT Rawalpindi.

If you are determined to sell and make money in the next move then, we shall wait which way the local body election settles!

If Nawaz and company grabs district seats then, we could see a lot more positive stuff as “Sharifains” are only good for roads and that is the maximum, their intellectual could reach up to!

They will surely go for the Rawalpindi ring road or by pass road and if it is bypass then from Mandra to Tarnol………then sky is the limit for Bahria and DHA Rawalpindi.

MR's “Patwaris” are knocking the doors of the Mandra land owners for quite sometime!

I strongly disagree with Abdul Qayyum saab as his information is limited.

Shareef, working only on roads is incorrect. Yes roads pay the major role in economic uplift. Take example of USA (biggest economy of the world). Look at their roads.

Now look at Pakistan. The moment a road is built the prices of housing societies goes up dramatically. Gulberg on Islamabad Expressway is an example.

Now Shareef has the credit of building motorways and other major highways. It helps in trade.

Shareef is also building at least 16 power plants that will IA be completed by end of 2017 eliminating the menace of loadshedding. One can go on ground to see what is under construction. Power plant eik raat mein nahi banta..kuch bewakofo ko ye lagta hey key 2 din mein bijli aaye gi..aisa nahi hey...it takes at least 3 years for americans to build a plant. Bazaar sey generator nahi khareed key laana....kabhi plant ko visit kerein and then see how massive the facility looks.

Shareef is giving massive amount to agriculture to promote the yield on crops and incentives to the farmers.

Shareef has done the metros. You go to newyork...you go to uk and ghatya Australia...you will be seeing these everywhere.

Shareef is visiting every single country to attract the foreign investment....why?? to help underpinning the economy.

Shareef is doing everything possible to promote safety in the country.

KPK people are working with me and most of them are saying that corruption has been reduced in KPK police. Nawaz govt. Is trying its best to stop funding for KPK.

We know at least the following facts for sure:

IK was brave enough to dislodge his cousin, in the interest of honesty, Majid Kahn and Majid was his teacher in cricket.

We do know that IK could have racked millions from his former Jew in law but He refused to take any money upon the divorce settlement.

We do know that IK dislodged his own father from Shaoukat Khanam hospital.

We do know that whatever project He started He proved himself as an honest and winner, may it be a hospital, sport or University.

He has power, guts and will to dislodge the bad guys.

But these “ganjas”, as you say, are famous to gather killers, corrupt and dishonest around them and now they have perfected themselves in this PROFESSION.

We do not need a super intellectual for our country and there is no way we could as we do not have experience of democracy but we know that IK is at least able to place able and clean person to run at least the big revenue generating organization, such as Railway, PIA, Wapda, Steel Mill, Both refineries, OGDC and a couple of others… IK can do that whereas, Shareef brother and the other PPP monkey are born stupid.

Sir, 1000’s of people are not required to make a change…only one is enough with brave heart….Quid e azam was only one, Gandhi , Trodo of Canada, Ibraham of USA was only one, Mahatir is only one.

AND we do not need decades to make a change… Sher Sha Soori made the land system in 2.5 years and we are using the very same till now?

IMF (a neutral body) has stated that since 2013 the Pakistan's economy has become way more stabilized than in past.

Moody (an independant agency) has upgraded Pakistan's status recently. Mind that this agency has enormous power to move stock markets.

ADP bank has shown interest in investing in the projects initiated by this govt. Asian development bank has massive power in Asia and in world.

China is investing more than $42 billion in Pakistan. Mind that China is the 2nd biggest economy of the world after USA. And USA borrows money from China. Imran khan tried his level best to repel chinese investment through his failed dharnas.

Now this is what I have stated what these 3rd neutral parties are saying. Sayeein is not not saying. Neither Nawaz is saying but 3rd powerful neutral parties.

Now, I agree with Abdul Qayum sab that "pathan us ko vote deta hey jo acha kaam kerta hey". Sure....lets see in 2018.

Jis islamabad ko Imran ney bewakuf banaya for his seat only......the same islamabad very recently slapped on his face. Election haar gayee aapkey imran saab.
