24 lacs for a 10 marla in L block is for reason. Its a remote block. When I looked at the map, I immediately clarified that my green signal is not for L due to its location.
If you get anything even near 28 to 30 for 10marlas in a sector that has 40 feet wide streets at the very least, and is not far from main access then go for it. Else you would be a victim of smart money.
If you really want to take chance then Garden City has potential..and only if it gets access through GT road.

Well, This question has been haunting me lately after reading all these comments from respected seniors, please give an answer please: is bahria phase 8 sector C specifically… In general bahria town safe for building a house for living. Solely for living purposes… Kindly please guide.

Despite being a strong optimist and living in BT phase 8 things off late have turned very bad. Some 4000 employees which included Guards and other people from the Services department (Plumber, Electrician, Gardner etc) have been fired and there have been lots of thefts in the last month. The tweet of MR is regarding compensating the people who have been robbed and has nothing to do with the money of investors.

Ali Tahir bhai it is not only in phase 8. I live in bahria phase 4 and same thing happened here also. They remove one third of all guards and other staff. In our street we have hired service of a private security company to protect the area after some robberies in the locality. People say they have been applied heavy tax or fines because of which they have started facing this problem. Only God knows which way things are going.
