Gulberg interchange work has started. Very soon the prices will jump and they will keep on going up till the completion of the expansion of Islamabad expressway.
Agar aap log paisey banana chahtey ho apney liyee..tou this is an opportunity to buy in Gulberg. But you got to hold it for about 6 - 8 months.. And there go for the not so costly blocks.
Only do this if you can spare money for 6- 8 months...The budget is about 25 lacs or less.

here I will only tell from investment perspective.
in gulberg, try to go only for cheap plots. As soon as the expansion of road reaches Gulberg flyover, you can sell if you have to, otherwise, keep it till the road is fully constructed. Gulberg mein abhi kafi potential hey.
I am not telling anyone to sell Bahria at loss but if you have money and want to reap gains then Gulberg has potential.
Road pey bohut speed sey kaam ho raha hey. One can visit and see it.
Abhi gulberg has 4 major points.
Expansion of islamabad expressway
Flyover at gulberg
Sold out dream villas and construction to be completed within 1.5 years
Possession soon to be announced
abhi news itni leak nahi hui but rates are seen rising already from last month.
And go fo small sizes. Dont go above 10 marlas for quick gains.

@Muhammad. Yes those villas may start getting possession this year, but it will likely be in phases. Grey structure of almost all buildings is complete and they are now working on the finishing.

These days i see many RE agents selling Bahria Phase-8 Extension plots for very cheap prices on Zameen.com and other websites that made me curious about its future. In 2014 prices of these plots were very high. Can somebody share his insight on this or share some internal news? When is development going to start etc?
Hello everyone, how do you see development status and prospects of increase in construction activity in Phase 8 Block-G. How is this from perspective of 2-3 years investment?
