Agreed with Nadeem Bhai. During my last visit of Phase-8, i witnessed good construction activity in H & I block. These blocks offer good opportunity for those people who wants to construct home immediately with limited budget. I guess, next year prices of H & I blocks will catch up the prices of E & F1 blocks.
In 2014 only 1 house was built in I block now in April 2016.
12 houses build. Very speedy construction.

I am surprised to see the development from DHA Phase-3 gate towards bahria garden city. It seems as not only big connecting road is under contruction but additional plots are also being developed on garden city side. As nobody has discussed this matter here so I guess development is going on quietly.
I am not expert in using modern technologies, so I request forum members to please look into that area carefully through google earth and share your comments here so i may know if my judgment is correct or not.

Adnan Brother, I live in Lahore & rarely visit Pindi. If I had been in Pindi, I would have surely visited site personally to get first hand info. One thing is for sure, rapid development is going on to connect bahria garden city zone 5 with GT Road through DHA Phase-3 gate.

DHA 3 access will help, but BT have secured the link to GT road through the Garden city entrance as well. Its neither ideal nor according to their plans, just enough to build a two lane road. Its bigger implication however is that it will reduce the bargaining power of the group which had been trying to block this access.
If GardenCity gets direct access from GT road then GardenCity prices will skyrocket, IA.

Sayeein the small patch of land for getting some access has been acquired. When and whether BT decide to develop it is unknown. Maybe they will continue to make efforts for acquiring more land to complete the development according to their original plan.
So far, they are guarding this place like Area 51 of GC! No one is allowed in and guards have strict instructions to stop anyone trying to explore that part. Luckily there are a few vantage points available from where the whole activity can be observed clearly using an ordinary pair of binoculars.
