After the GT access, there seems a lot of potential of DHA-3 commercial as rest of the BT is away from the GC. We can even see Askaris in DHa-3, boosting the commercial activity in the area. I heard that BT vehicles are utilizing the BT garden city mud-passage, near the village, from the GT road entrance gate. May be BT is close to manage this much awaited access. If it does happen then 02 no of entrances from the GT road would be a luxury.

I want to further invest 4.0 - 4.5 Million Bahria town phase 8 especially in overseas but people are discouraging to put all eggs in one basket. Please suggest if there is a better option than Bahria town phase 8 especially when the market is down and golden opportunity to buy plot in Bahria.
Abdul Qayyum sb, as per google earth images, 30+ road development vehicles can be seen in the area busy in working between GC & Phase-3 gate. I am not sure whether those vehicles belong to Bahria or DHA. Lot of development can be seen in addition to connecting road. I guess Bahria or DHA is adding residential & commercial plots quietly & they will be offered at premium price with immediate possession soon.

Another thing, now as DHA has been successful in getting GT road access, the redundant BT access has lost its value by millions. May be mafia will surrender & demand less money from MR…bhagte chour ki langoti hi sahai.

You tell me another location of living in an esthetic style, if you are deferring BTs & DHAs?
BT is now down but the way it has been developed, it will sure come up. When Dhok Rutta and the similar areas are not going down, how come BT will fail having 2nd to none life style?
Yes Gulberg could transform in an excellent township if developed on the promised standards but denying BTs & DHAs is not balanced attitude.
I personally think, now as BT is way down, it is the best place to get plot for living…..It will go up in near future. You will see with your own eyes, mate!

for living rightaway bahria is good. Bahria's standard is good.
For investment, I wouldn't recommend Bahria.
One can consider investing in bahria enclave islamabad if he really wants to get into bahria. Pindi bahria is out of question. Fazool hey bilkul.
Dha is way costly.
