Ok right now pindi bahria has one of the best infrastructure. We all know that.

Going forward.....we do not know if bahria will stay the best...if other societies come up with a good infrastructure, which is quite possible due to competition, then investing in other societies make more sense.

bahria phase 8 being top for its development has its prices hammered down. In sab cheezon key bawajood bahria ki prices bohut neechey hein.it clearly means the smart money does not value it. Yaad rakho...price is your best indicator especially jab ooper sey neechey girey....

now enclave 1 in islamabad is also of Malik Riaz. It will have the same infrastructure or maybe better, IA. Plus it is in the capital. Plus it has a view of beautiful hills. Potential mujhey enclave1 ka nazer aata hey.

phase 8 ki game tab thi..jab sirf phase8 phase8 ki awaz thi her taraf. Now people have choices.

Aap dekh lo mein kitna arsa pehley sey keh raha thaa but people were arguing...ab dekho key kia wohi baat nikli jo meney kahi?

phase 8 has good infrastructure. Even with good infrastructure people dont care. That is why prices are hammered down.

Now 4-5 years from now, if a society has good location and provides good infrastructure then investing in that society is better or investing in phase 8 is better?

It's very true prices are rising but not like Gulberg jump because of location otherwise Bahria is 100 time better than Gulberg for living purpose.
