@Adnan Malik … Is there anything with possession in DHA valley at this time?

Musafar, I saw someone advertised a commercial plot in DHA valley with possession of 4 Marla in 43 lac. I confirmed it from my property dealer and he said yes you can get 4 Marla commercial in DHA valley. If you get an insight please share with us as well.

Is anyone here able to confirm or refute regarding availability of possession commercial plots in DHA Valley? Thanks

Their is no possession in valley yet,prices are dictated on speculations.commercial property gives a good jump,provided bought at the right time,

I have visited DHA valley on 12 May

Personally i feel its only dealers game, This project is for our children's, I don't know how this project will complete there are many villages, still there is no direct access.

If any one want to invest only invest in Dha phase 2 till p block.

Going slightly off topic but guys how’s Bahria Phase 7 for living? And what’s the price of 1K good location plot there these days?

Why is A block inexpensive as compared to rest of blocks in Phase 8 ? Is it good for building home

A block is all filled up land adjacent to the so called lake or nullah,not suitable for construction

DHA Valley prices are very realistic, development work is in progress at a good pace. Both residential and commercial investment will real good profits in a year. Invest in developing sectors Oleander, Lilly, Bluebell and Magnolia.
