Dear Shehryar,

L block is near Soan River and F3 is very long term investment.In my opinion both are worthless options.

Please check there is many good options.

I would like to ask that F-3 developed plots as I heard 2016 they will give possession for F-3.In this range 2-2.5 millions investment can we invest for short period.

I think f-2 and f-3 will get possession by 2016 so it should rise from 2.5 million to 4million plus but for f4,f5 ll take time.

Let us wait till they announce location of the so called “ Theme Park” before investing in F3/4. Also DHA took more land opposite to sector A @ L. Things may change again!

F3 will take time so at the moment it's worthless because there is still many good options.

Please think the words of Abdul Qayyum sab and it's ground reality.

F2 is developing at slow pace.It's not a good time to sell in loss so hold your investment.There is chance of possession in 2016.Allah knows best.

Due to slow development pace in Sector f2 and f3 i’m not seeing any possession in 2016.
