I am looking plot in bani gala 5 to 6 marla ready for construction in the range of 10 to 15 lack.Any area or society which is really good in bani gala.I never visited this area because i am abroad.
You will be able to get 5 marla in 15 lacs, but it will not be good location... It will far away from main road of Bani gala.... For good location plots close to main road, the rates are 5 lacs per marla.
