Salam…In one of ur comments you suggested to buy plot in rafi block behria phase 8 before 2 mnths…How it would be today if i invest there in phase 8 block d or rafi block??? Is they are nw at peak or still margin for growth there?? Need ur suggestion for best investment ion short term and for long term

Rafi block is too expensive rite now, if you had invested before two months, rite now you would have been getting 10-12 lacs profit, now i will suggest you to buy a 7 marla plot in Safari Valley, Khalid, Usman block as Abu Bakr and Umer block are expensive too, buy wherever you think, but the plot should be ready possession. It is good for short and long term both, if you invest more, then DHA valley is another good option where prices are increasing now a days.

I would still recommend possession plots in Phase 8 eventhough they maybe a little too expensive.

DHA Valley is mainly long term investment. I think prices will decline in future and will level out on even money. (no profit / no loss) Back to initial booking price! Until they start to release final instalment and give possession. Only reason for this hike is due to BT needed a trigger to pump up prices before people start to invest in zone 2. As they feel now is good time to do so otherwise when fateh jang airport gets functional then prices in zone v are likely to stay stagnant especially in areas where their is no possession. Then investors would shift to zone 2.

Sheikh Abdul, you are very rite, how long do you think it will take for the Government to clear the Rawat Airport rumor.

Airport rumour will still carry on but will slowly die down when construction of KH starts and when terminal building completes. But to be honest, these people will create another stupid rumour and hype up that the airport will be made for army or something...you know what the land mafia are like?

The truth is the rumour will disappear when airport officially opens in 2015. Or if the government himself opens his big mouth and explains to the people that the Fateh Jang airport is going no where. 2nd option is highly unlikely so we would need to rely on the second hence why I say don't rely on price hike near new airport any time soon.

Caa has already committed in supreme court to complete airport by march 2015. Chaklala airport is air base which was built for this purpose as well. Fateh jang airport is built for civilian purpose. Since it is not built for defence purpose it means giving it to defence its a waste of money but also islamabad will not get airport for another twenty years at least.

Thanks Sheikh Sb. Well, I totally aggree that Rawat Airport is a rumor, and Government needs to clarify, but you are rite the land mafia is too strong.

But why their is no clarification ? Plus PM was due to visit the Fateh Jang Airport and Kashmir Highway before Eid, but when the day/time came, it was postponed, all security arrangements were already being done and no one was allowed to enter even Top City or Airport site from last 3 days, but they didn't show up. After Eid, a small news came in Jang that PM visited the kashmir highway project but not the airport, no news on that as well. I think they are planning something, as this Government is not getting any earning from Fateh Jang airport.

PM last visit in USA and while speaking to the Pakistani business community in USA, he said clearly that we will build a new airport in Rawat, is a question mark here ?

Plus, CJ Iftikhar Muhammar Chaudhry is retiring soon, may be their uncover their plan after that ? Even if this is a rumor, it is strong.
