House or plot in house u have to go for apartments
You have no chance with Gulberg Greens as they start from 17 million which is double your budget! Go for Bahria phase 8 - possession plot!
I don’t think rite now anyone is giving houses on installments, Bahria gave this option but now they are fully paid and are on profit, i will recommend you to buy a house in G-13 25*40 in this range, and for plots, Bahria Town Phase 8 ready possession plot in Safari Valley blocks would be a good option.
I agree with Nasir, also DHA Homes maybe an option as development is almost complete there.
They are now only available on cash. There is no installament option left there now.

Sorry not grrn gulberg residentia he can buy 2 plot measuring 1000sr yard in very good location on main roads.In residentia not in gulberg green.
