Best islamabd option in 30 lakh?

For around 5 years, for investment and/or living purpose, what is best option in islamabad?
If someone can please quote current prices in good locations of isb/rwp.

Thanks Junaid brother, where and what size plot in dha2 can i get as i think prices are higher than my budget? will it be in dha 2 ext? and only file or posession plot.

Oh sorry bro, I forgot the budget limit.. But yes DHA2 5 marla near possession file is possible.. Saadi bhai might be able to guide more.. I think it is from 25-30 lakhs.. Try to avoid extension for now, better go for proper verified blocks in DHA Valley then..

So in this budget, DHA2, DHA Valley and B-17 E block are the best for you.

(a) DHA Ph 2 Ext but you will have to pay Dev charges in installments later on

(b) DHA valley where you can have mix of possession & non-possession plots

You can for for 5 marla plots in Block H or N of Bahria Enclave Islamabad.

B-17 E Block is not a bad option.

You can also consider 7 marla plot in Faisal Town (F-18).

Bhaio what about NOC of Bahria Enclave, will that create problems in the future? Please give me a detailed reply about this NOC thing… What if CDA tells people to get out of BE like they did with Ghauri Town… What will we do then?? I know people are living in houses in many societies which dont have NOC, but it’s risky, No?
