My budget is 3.5 to 4 million for plot and i want to purchase 7 marla in abu bakar block please advise which is the best street which i should consider to build the house as i will be visiting pakistan next week.

Plot series 2600 and 2500 are best in abu bakar block, they are very closed to main road and green strip . And park facing plots are always good

For living purpose Abu Bakar is best block of Safari Valley.Please visit yourself before go to any deal.If you compare with other blocks then Abu Bakar is very less filling area.
Asad is right that park face is always good for living.Boulevard plots are good just for investment but not good for living.I hope you can find very good plot in your budget 3.8 to 4.8 million and general plot 3.3 to 3.8 million.
