Aslaamu alaykum
I have 2 plots in lahore:-
Bharia nasheeman (8 marla)
Pak arab phase 2 sector f (5 marla)
Now i have 3 options
1 - sell both of these plots and purchase a 10 marla plot - not sure which society will be best and within budget.
2 - sell both of these plots and buy a house. I dont think either of these plots will give me enough money to purchase a decent 5 marla house in lahore. 5 marla house may cost around 75 - 85 lac. t have any cash in hand.
3 - sell one of the plot and build house on other one.
4 - i may start looking for another plot/house where i can pay money in installments. I can sale both of the plots and pay the upfront money and start managing rest of the money for next 1-2 years duration.
