That Faisal Residencia will be developed parallel to current Faisal Town (F-18) or after that
Since both the projects (F-18 n proposed E-17/4 ) are from the same group, both projects will be benefited from each other for access.
Fahim sb, I don't think, it will be touching the Cabinet in initial form... However, in future there are chances to connect both and through Multi F-17 as well..
Ali sb, no it is not parallel to F-18... It is just behind F-17 Multi...
Tanvir sb, both schemes are located far away from each other... One is situated to the right and the other to the left of Fatehjang-Tarnol road...

Faisal Town administration is giving files to dealers on minus 01 Lac 50 Thousand. The dealers will than sell these plots openly with 80 Thousand profit. So, total profit to dealrs is 02 Lac 30 Thousand.
