Aoa all forum members, i want your kind opinion on bt phase 8 extension , 5 marla plots. A real state agent has given me option of 5 marla plot near main bollouvered rs.860000 and says development will take around 2 years . I am a common man and i have around 10 lac which i have got from sale of my old house so i would like your sincere opinion on this as i don’t have much property knowledge and i don’t want to ruin all the money i have. Prayers for all.
My sincere advice is to stay away brother, buy nothing without possession. I don’t think 1 million will buy anything with possession in bahria but look elsewhere, some knowledgeable members here might have suggestions for you. My advice is to buy something with possession only. If you buy something without possession then be ready for indefinite delay. 2 years for phase 8 extension seems wishful thinking, there is no sign of it yet anywhere that I am aware of, it is only a piece of paper you’re being offered to buy.

Bilal sb, never ever go for Phase-8 Ext, no one can guarantee development in two years.... It may take 5 years or more....
