5, 8, or 10 marla plots would be possible in AWT, PAF Tarol, and in the vincinity area within 15 lac. It would be better if you call a dealer in Islamabad, they can tell you better.

Many places you can buy, here are some societies in Islamabad where this is possible…mumtaz city, pechs, awt, jkchs zone v, bahria phase 8 ext, dha phase 2 ext / dha valey, soan garden, gulberg etc…these are good big name brand societies which you can get in your budget.
Well i will recommend b 17 in that budget on top. Top city is also a better option but u have to pay some more amount in installments.
You should also explore F.O.E.C.H.S.
Block A is already in possession, and the other blocks are scheduled for possession by December this year. You can try to buy 10 marla there in this budget. I think it has good potential inshaAllah.

jkchs zone v, is most suitable I guess. Would you plz gimme some detail about jkchs zone v and the exact location of DHA 2 ext ? One more thing .. What about Ghauri town early phases?( 4 and 5 AB) thanks
@ ulfat saab, jkchs zone v is right next to gulberg. Location is good, big name brand, prices are good, there are 2 bookings there, old which is cheaper, new which is expensive. It will make no difference when possession is given, its just when you sell new and old file are at profit on around 2-3 lakhs from when original people booked from. The only drawback of this scheme is the road access, which they are reliant on gulberg expressway hence cheap price. I don’t think you can see the location on map, just type in gulberg and its next to it, just off Islamabad expressway.
@ ulfat saab, dha phase 2 ext is good big name brand also, its located just across dha phase 2 and dha valley. They will be charging around 15-16 lakhs development fees so original fees of plot is only included and you would need to pay development charges at somepoint. Only drawback is they have huge land similar to dha valley and things look uncertain as regards to development. For investment purposes its pretty good as some people paid 40 odd lakhs at when property prices were at their peak and now with the recovery prices dropped but have risen.
As for ghauri town, the last I heard its of bad repute, so I stayed away from it, location wise it appears to be decent. But have limited knowledge so im unable to guide you on this society. Maybe someone else who has better knowledge can perhaps shed some light on this society. Instead you can look at airport society sector 4, which is pretty reasonable and better development, small possession plots also within your budget, so something to bear in mind. I hope this helps?!
Any detail about bahria 8 ext some news are here that the prices are stand still? Some body told that project of new proposed airport near fateh Jang is being delayed and new airport near Rawat is on cards?
