I want to buy a plot in F-16 any subsector
Dear chohan in which size and sub sector you are interested as profit of all sub sectors are different. in F-16/1 and F-16/2 30 x 60 plot generally profit demand is 4 lac ,cost of land is 270000 , development charges are 160000. So total dues are 430000 and profit 400000. So You can get a 30 x 60 plot in F-16/1 or F-16/2 in range of 8 lac. However in F-16/3 profit is around 7 lac cost of land is same. In F-16/4 profit is almost 850000 lac.
