Aoa…Hope u all will be fine…Plz experts n dealers guide me that i want to invest almost 2-3 crore in commercial to get rent…Mean i dont want to invest in plots and then wait for 2 3 4 years…I want to buy already rented shops preferably in bahria(civic center) or dha or in any gud locations of isb rwp where i can get max rent e.G.On investment of 3 crore i am expecting to get rent of about 2.5 lac per month…I need ur precious suggestions about it…I dont want to invest whole money in 1 project…Mean i want to buy 2 3 4 already good rented shops…Regards
