Above of your options.

1:Bahria phase8 I and H 10 marla best location.Normal location E and F.

2:Gulberg B is best and other hand F is good.

3:B-17 if you get something good in B otherwise go to C.

@Nadeem: How is the on ground situation in B Block? I checked Gulberg location on Google Map and in a large portion of B block I could see some already constructed houses (maybe a village?). If those houses are within the boundaries of B Block, it would take Gulberg a lot of time to vacate that, purchase the land and develop it for possession.

Abdul Khan, you can also consider Bahria Enclave Islamabd, where 8 marla plot could be in your range.

My friend book one plot in bahria enclave 2 on installment near 42 lakh now market price around 25 .we all confused what to do carry on instalment or wait for good time .i think this due to noc issue

You are right there is some land issues and there is village near by.Yes it will take time for livable because very slow development.

B block location is good because at height.

Dear Musafar bhai,

Bahria phase8 L block which is close to Soan river and 70% filling.Personally i don't like this block except some boulevard plots which are located opposite of I block.

F2 and F3 will take time because of slow development.Bahria is focusing BTK that's why can't say anything.

@abdul khan! Dont pay any more instalment. Instead try for any adjustment in Enclave-I.

Sector N 8 marla plots are good and in ur range. Some streets have got posesion too.
