I am interested in buying any commercial plaza in DHA Phase 2 for rental yield. I have visited multiple 4 Marla options mostly in Sector J, Sector D and F. My questions are:

  • Which sector in DHA-2 is recommended for such commercials?
  • Other than rental yield, which sector has better appreciation expected over time?
  • What are the other key factors to consider for such investment in DHA?
  • What are the important checks from documentation point of view to consider?
