Is there any profit left in buying land, building house on it and then selling?

Is this still possible to do in Bahria and make a decent profit?

Sir there is a handsome margin in buying developing and selling business and bahria town is an excellent place to do this.all you have to do is that your buying should be at good price…

Possessioned plot is recommended for this though…quicker to build rather than waiting for possession etc…
