I have two plots one in bahara kahu and other in i-14/2. My friend advised me to sell the plots and buy a house in koraal town worth 47 laakh. Also i want house for personal residence. Any advice regarding this. And also if i buy the house in koraal what are chances of increase in price if i want to sell it later as i prefer islamabad for residence.
As soon as someone brings up the name of “Koraal” in the discussion–the mind goes straight to the Khokhar’s qabza mafia. Rest you know better!!!
Abbasi sb, you are right, but even then people are living in Koral Town... People don't have alternate options in limited budgets....
Sajjad sb, I would suggest you personally visit the society few times, try to pass time there with the locals and try to get the living experience through informal chats with local dealers, shopkeepers etc... After some time you will be in a better position to decide, whether you could live there or not....
