U Can get a 7 marla house in abu bakar block safari valley which is very beautifully developed and very gud for living …population growth there is very high and its a very gud investment …i myself purchased a house there for 1crore 5 lacks

Bahria phase8 is one of best place for living.I am agree with Asad sab Safari valley is best in this budget.Allah is the best planner and he knows what will be the best for us.

I am interested to know if you have any contacts to share with whom I can check the available options there in Bahria Phase-8 constructed house or if plot is available in good location to build at my own. Please do share some reliable contacts. Please do tell me that the best block of Phase-8 as famous blocks are Abu Baker, Usman, Ali but really don’t have any idea which one is good. Bahria phase 8 is very far from Rawalpindi / Islamabad check airport housing society sector 1 or 2 just next to Islamabad air port on the highway and next to gulzar e Quaid just visit the area to understand it better.

Ali Sb. Drop option of B-17. It’s not suitable for living at this stage.
F-17 MPCHS is better option for you.
Go for 2 to 3 years used house …bcoz if there is any fault it may be visible after this much time …that will save ur few lacks and also time and energy…also that person will give u the completion certificate of the house aproved by bahria …u can call him i purchased house through him he is very active there 03331400098 riaz
