I am thinking to buy a 10 marla plot for construction. What price do you think i should agree for?
What is your opinion about phase 7 in general? Will it be affected by the takht pari forest case against malik riaz etc.

Bahria phase7 is good for living but not for investment.Phase7 is safe and other hand Phase8 possession area is good option.

Yes, Phase 8 is more occupied and has grocery shops etc ... But I'm looking at Phase 7 because it is closer to GT Road. Phase 8 is a bit far.
What is your opinion about the ongoing cases around Takht Pari forest area. Do you think Phase 7 land is clear or there are any issues with it as well?
