Dear all i need your cool advice my budget is 70 lack wher i can buy the plot inside islamabad cda i know my budget is very low but even 5 marla ?
I think you should explore i-10 and d-12 for small plots in your range if you want to buy for construction of house. But if your objective is investment and can wait a few years before construction then e-12 will be feasible.
Thanks a lot for your quick response actually i want to build house for my own living Not for investment and specially i like to be in side islamabad not other society so wher i can got the plot in this rang i am not familiar to islamabad but nearest to f-10 area.
You need to explore i-10, i-11 and g-14/4. Take your time meet property dealers, explore this website, call agents and check out newspaper ads. Don’t tell them your budget just ask for plot prices of different sizes, go to the location then finally make up your on sector. Then focus there.
Sir g-14/4 25x50 size ranges from 66 to 76 lacs depending upon location. D-12 25x40 plot ranges from 53 to 65 lacs.U can also get a 25x40 plot in g-11.U can also go for i-10 but in my view point it is not an attractive investment.A 30x60 plot in g-15.Now choice is urz.I will say that u should also consider dha phase 2 as it has very bright future.U can get one kanal plot in this price.
Ur budget is good u can check many options in that budget if size doesnt matter for u G 13 and g 14 are very good options on main kashmir highway u can get 5 marla easily there. Consider d 12 5 marla.I 10 and i 9 r much better options then i 11 or i 12 as already developed and u can find created plot in ur range .
Ibrahim bhai thank you very very much.Why i considering 5 marla coz some one told me that its very expensive on cda sectors what would be the price for 10 marla on that sectors you mention?
Syed is right, i’d suggest to prefer d-12 and g-13 over i sectors though.
