I recently contacted a broker for buying a plot in dha 4 islamabad. He said that although that although there will be a change in the map but dha will ensure that corner, park facing and boulevard plots in old map get better location in new map as well whenever that becomes public. What are the comments worthy experts

Dha phase4 or phase1 ext not a good option just with a big brand tag.75% filling area.
Bahria phase7,8 developed with possession blocks are much better than Dha phase4.
If you like to invest in Dha then Dha phase2 is good option.
Please visit the project before invest.

How about DHA 2 extension as DHA 2 is beyond my budget which is 6 million only. Regards
