It is good for investment but wait for some time as now there is too much uncertainty surrounding it.

G-16 is going up day by day mainly bcoz of significant price rise in G-15. I am not sure if it will sustain this upward trend, but if house and commercial construction paces up then it might catch up with G-15. Secondly, it’s direct access to KH will have positive impact. In a nutshell it is good medium term 2-3 yrs investment but only in possession plots. Non-possession is a big gamble.

Isloo bhai thx for your response but the number of house construction has not increased so far since the last year. 2nd you are only left with the choice of G-16/4 and that even partly in terms of investment. After KH expansion and link road is a different story but presently it does not have a good access point and is more likely an isolated society because one has to go through G-15 first to enter Isb.
Don't you think it is better to go for F-15 or G-15 rather than G-16. Though the returns maybe low but the investment will be much more secure?

Arshad G-16 is not recommended for house construction as the society management is very weak and corrupt to the core. This is the reason why this wonderful sector is left behind. But it has unique location and height advantage and proximity to G-15 that is causing price rise without any significant development efforts on part of society.
