I have an opportunity to invest in 1 kanal plot in c-15/16 for 2/3 years. The asking price is 6/7 mn. Experts are requested to guide me. Is it a vise decision? Should i go for it?

I think the project will be a good one to invest. The plots currently on the market are pre sales ones which people are selling after sharing land with CDA. Once on sale by CDA they will be worth at least 12-15mil. The reason I am saying that all CDA plots release around the same price in D12 and also in Park Enclave (though a failed project).
Only thing I would say, there are still cheaper ones out there 6-7m is bit too high. Shop around but definitely a good project.

I have tried to contact few persons but nothing is available below 65 lacks. Can some one share a trustworthy individual.I will be greatful.
Just done a quick search and cant find anything less than 65-70. May be the prices have gone up bc only last months it was 38lac. I think if you have the money and can afford it, it will definatly give you very good profit.
Only few days ago CDA issued 1kanal plots in extension of Park Enclave for 1.5carors
