C-15, c-16 launching after eid

I am guessing this should reflect positively on other zone 2 societies i.E. B-17, d-17.

It will be good option for long term investment but i dont think so it will be launched too early…btw it will be good if it is launched after eid…

I think C-16 might be launched through Public-Private Partnership with Habib Rafiq group through plot sharing formula, as they reportedly own a large piece of land in this sector already. If this does turn out to the case, development in C-16 might be undertaken on a fast track basis, atleast compared to CDA. But at this point, one must wait and watch as the CDA might just be looking to offer a fresh lollypop to the unsuspecting public to fill up its coffers.

Syed Amjad bhai, the public will take the lolly pop at expensive rates even if they know it is only a lolly pop.

The public loves Zone-1 lolly pops.

@ pk1 sb sir i agree but now trend is changing a bit…I will again say that people with typical mind set loves to invest in zone 1 while the people who fore see the thing in braoder aspect do not always invest in zone 1 and they prefer other good places as beautiful zone 1 has just converted to trash due to negligence of CDA…and btw after having that lolly pops offered by CDA these are the people who cry for their investment and use to abuse CDA…
