I think you can get plot in I-14 and I-16 in this range.

In I-14 I think its difficult to get a smaller size plot in the range of 16-16 lac. However, in I-16 a smaller plot might be gettable. In I-16, 2 and 4 are relatively better as their land is plan. Also in I-16/2 few houses are built.
