This question is to seek guidance from rawalpindi property experts. It is observed that property prices (constructed houses as well as plots) in chakri area are very low.
Just want to know how is this area in terms of legality, security and future market prospects. Thanks

If your resources can only allow you to live in " Muhallas" then I could not be of much help but if you prefer to live in a planned society then on chakri road there is Al Haram but do not go for files even there! Go for plot on ground.
There also Chaoudries are in action, led by Ch Nisaar
Otherwise, in Rawalpindi, the land is either shamlaat, CDA's " luphrha" or cantt lease.
Hardly there is any muhalla plot which is correct on papers. I can show you plots in shallay valley which are having khusra numbers of dhok rutta?
