On this retirement age issue, I fully support you sir. There is no need to increase retirement age.
World is electing young Presidents and PMs who are in their 40's and we are thinking about keeping all these incompetent and corrupt Bhuddhaz little longer.
About the December issue, you are a smart man, all I can say that little bushes and plants never grow under the shades of bigger trees.

Even after receiving all the cooperation from India, US and China; Bangladesh is still no-where near it's potential.
Pakistan no doubt have bigger geo-political challenges tied to our economy but potential is also much more radical than Bangladesh, which can align us for leapfrogging anytime in to a whole new era of economic stability altogether.
Only danger I see for Pakistan is if it turns itself in to a paranoid security state like North Korea and Iran where government and it's institutions start to control daily lives of every citizen with no fundamental rights. It will kill innovation and ingenuity, what little is left of it!

160 - 165 has been a prediction for first settlement, since Jan 2019 but it was predicted to be at that level by Dec 2019. However, afterwards IMF deal with free float forex that earlier prediction may shatter in no time.
