Which post?.If you are talking about changing mentality through logic.That’s not possible man.Change for good or bad starts from top.See your top leaders and their living standards.They are role models,people follow them.If they wont change themselves and call nation to change itself.it’s not possible.Look at their RAIWIND PALACE, ZARDARI’S PALACE in BAHRIA TOWN.Are they ready to change themselves?

Hahaha zafar sahib development standard of bahria high than dha accepted but posh for bahria not accepted.
Development speaks for itself thats why no one can question the development of Bahria.
Those who think development of DHA is very good, whats your say on development of Gulberg. Very little development yet but you can get the idea how it will be in future.
Remember we are only talking about development not about society name, investment, class of people living there Only development.
I recently visited both DHA and Gulberg but found Gulberg development far better than DHA.
@imran,Once again, it is mentality problem.By nature Pakistani nation is selfish and this is not the only weakness, this is one of the weaknesses.Reasons could be many.We meet with people with different nationalities here in UK.I am sorry to say our nation is far far behind in ethical values as compared to other nations.And we don’t regret this and still consider ourselves to be best.But our value is in other nation’s eye.You know better.And don’t blame others for our own faults.
Raja sahib class matters which is a contributing factor to price of society and this is the reason f-6 will always be most expensive sector.gulberg farm houses will be an elite hub like dha or bani gala farms.

I will definitely go for DHA. I am only comparing development standards & I found Gulberg better.

@ nadeem Bhai 100 times kuch ziada ho gia, I have visited both societies many times. Gulberg is good for investment too,however its too early to say how it will shape up. But now many societies have their development standards…

Any conclusions please....
I have been in dilemma of whether to invest in bahria phase 8 or dha2 considering the period of five to ten years.Both seems to have promising future but i think in current scenerio betting on dha2 wud be good value for money in the long run or am i thinking wrong.
Development standards aside, I think DHA will be a safer investment than Bahria though some people will disagree.
