I heard somewhere that dha -4 blocks A,B,C,D will get possesion in dec 2019. And rest of the blocks have been cancelled ???

Further rumors to this: after DHA-3 audit done, BT green valley next candidates to come under DHA-3 and DHA-4 deep sector plot will be shifted in DHA-3.
I think it largly depends upon who takes over GHQ.
Malik Riaz has surrendered also 1000s of Kanal around sawan river to DHA to pay back Valley funds.
The delaying tactics in DHA-3 hand over for MR is like" doobte ko tinke ka sahara" for him....may be He would become lucky enough to see another Kamran Kiani, taking his matters to "whom it may concern"

The aforementioned blocks confirmed mingled along with Emaar JVs areas.DHA had given 6 month to surrender letters and get new allotment letter. Pls renew yours and the sooner the better.
If I would you, Nadeem sb, I would sell one in P or Q and buy several 8 or 5 marla in DHA home sectors, Lilly and Oleander and wait till handover. After handover sell again and buy in extension if GHQ behaves in same way with MR, it is behaving now!
Otherwise keep 8 marla's till more homes get delivered and sell then.
MR is visiting valley development on regular basis but not letting media to know.
Just my 2 cents. I might be wrong but I believe to the core that valley's bad days are gone at least for Lilly, Oleander and possibly Daffodils as well.

Where is DHA Phase 2 Extension left now? Surely, Phase 2 Extension cant be behind DHA Phase 5? They should have made some announcement about it as well.

i need your guidance in refference to that, I want to know that as u said its better to buy in Q block like you did or is 8 marla multiple plots in DHA valley/dha homes sectors bette, so by dha homes sectors you mean “plots” in dha valley (lily, davodils etc) or constructed dha homes by DHA itself? also kindly check your messages/email as i sent my email there. Sir, you know that most of us run out of reasons for neglecting BTs and DHAs when it comes to making house, for living, renting and for business. We also know that property prices are normally driven by the big boys in Pakistan. CDA is a different story altogether.
It is hard to advise someone to invest for a longer future because you never know when mafia will sell or buy in bulk in a particular area and change the whole projection of the so called analysis of so called experts, such as mine!
As per the current situation, particularly per today info from the DHA corners, I would suggest investing in this new DHA-5.
See the change.....Yesterday I was suggesting Nadeem Sb to sell one from P or from Q and buy several in valley, to be handed over blocks, but today a different suggestion? Why!
DHA knows that now a days there are only genuine buyers keeping employees salaries account as comfortable. DHA also knows that KLMNPQ are healthy and sustained if not going down upon Munshi's all time hungry wallet!
So they decided to mingle. Now as per my understanding development charges will be less and divided all across between developed and non-developed areas, making both DHA and the genuine buyer happy.
For investors, still there might be some room for profit as a 10 marla now in DHA-5 still costing less than 70K whereas in A -J is not less than 90K.
