Dear all Aoa, I have made up my mind for buying one Kanal plot in DHA 2 Isb for investment as well as living purposes. I have about 60 lac with me. My brother wants to buy also but he has 50 lac. Which sector or block is the best in this range?I may build a house after 3 years.

60 lacs seem to be half of the money you would require for buying 1 Kanal plot in DHA Phase 2. But for investing in Bahria Town, this amount seem pretty reasonable. In addition to property rates, Bahria Town also offers residential standards that would be at par with DHA's.
If i were to invest in Islamabad, my first choice would also be DHA. More important right now is to make use of the money that you have right now since the rupee is fast losing its value.
