I have purchased 8 marla dha homes in 2012 for 42.5 lakhs .Since then i am waiting for outcome / handover & price gain.
But it seems price stuck in between 50-52 lakhs. Please advice should i hold it for another year or sell it.Any hope of handover in near future ??
