Dha Islamabad rise in 2015

No doubt Islamabad is better and will be better as it is the capital but living in DHA and in BT could and will never be considered on par with Islamabad living.

Can a family alone walk in the streets of Islamabad, say, after midnight? What about the overflowing trash skips everywhere?

The road maintenance and so many other attributes can never place Islamabad beside BT and DHA when it comes to a peaceful, secure and an aesthetic living.

I am living in DHA and I can tell several families shifted from G sectors to BT and DHA because of the cleanliness and security.

When it comes to trends in the property , You can see the last 5 years graph DHA has always performed slowly but surely.

I also live in dha 1 recently moved there around 6 months ago and agree wuth qayum sahib that i feel more secure about my family and we walk during night time as well no issue.

My brother is moving from G-11 to DHA next month, it’s a great place to live.

Hi brother did visit DHA phase 2 for the first time, and find very steep hilly area.any some 5-6 house being constructed. Since i did not visit P block i would like to ask any member how is that area..Same like N..ups and downs...or leveled?

And how is P block for investment in 7million rupees as compared to gulberg,-17,Bahria,G-16,F-17.

Dha phase2 in much better than all of your other above options.P block is better.P block have a advantage of Dha expressway and height location.

What sectors are good for investment in DHA phase 1 extension and phase 2? What are the price range in different sectors?

DHA Ph 1 Extension is now DHA Ph 4…Its on the West of Bahria Ph 8 and still under development…

For long term investment Dha phase2 Ext and other hand Dha phase4 both are good and safe.

What is exactly meant by long term? I mean how many years should one wait for possession?

I think it will take 7 to 10 years because Dha yet not clear proper Dha phase2.It's just my opinion.Allah knows best.

Nadeem bhai what you think about DHA 2 Ext. The current issue of dam surrounding blocks of DHA Valley, seems like they have a very bleak future. So can this help prices to rise in DHA 2 Ext instead as people may opt to move from Valley to DHA 2 Ext esp. From those blocks. Distance wise both are somewhat the same and close to each other.

This week registration office seen higher prices of residential plots in DHA valley in Daffodil, Lilly ans Oleander. I might be too optimistic in saying but it seems that a cool wind is about to come from the hot and humid valley as being expected and being said, in Dec-15.

It could be seen both ways: After having gone throug some accountability process, DHA has to think upon "bloody civilians" and no more maoula jut thinking to ignore poor investors.

People must know the wonders inside DHA just like happened in NCL and the culprits got punished.

To me it is good sign although it would damage the investors for some more time but at least things would be concluded.
