I got successful in ballot for 2 marla commercial plot dha phase 6 lahore. Plot is corner. As per dha price quoted was 110 lac,while market vary in between 160-200 lac. I need advise from you all what should i do?Should i got own only and what is expected own or should i start paying insllment and to sell after complete payment that is one year latter.
Would you mind telling which sector shop it is?
