Dha lahore phase 7 vs phase 9

I have a 10 m plot in phase 7. Shall i hold it for some more time or sell it and buy either 1 k plot in phase 9 or a couple of smaller plots in phase 9. Will appreciate the experts advice along with the recommended size of plots and blocks in phase 9.

It’s not right time to swap the investment. Do it after almost six months. Price increase in Phase-9 has stopped, it will consolidate / remain stagnant for next one year that means even if u buy after six months, Phase-9 prices would almost be the same. Now, the time has come for price rise in Phase-7, I heard dealers have started Biana in Phase-7 which clearly indicates that Phase-7 prices are about to imcrease. Let them add few lacs in your plot price & then u can sell it at better price. I would suggest u do not sell now

Price correction is due in Prism, not right time to jump in.

Dear Sheikh, Please advise how much correction in % we should expect, as prices in some areas have gone up too much like A,C,D P,Q where as K, G, H are still very behind.

I have been hearing for a price correction in Prism for the last 6 months. Issi chakkar may I left a 78 lac plot which is 105 lacs now. I heard the boundary work around Prism is 80% complete. I do have a plot in R block 10 marla which has jumped from 44 to 62.

Go to any dealer in Lahore now and he will have 10 buyers for Prism for every 3 sellers. It's like the highest bidder wins scenario.

Anyway, we all know how poorly phase 7 is located so in 4-5 years Prism prices will be 50% more than phase 7.
