How is this for long term investment - a 5 marla plot? It appears that already prices have increased, so is there risk of downside?
Not a great idea to pick this up. It will be a very long term investment esp extension files.. We r hearing about the ballot for months n months that its about to happen but it did not.
But the big investors kept the price floating with market manipulation. Anyway, u can only argue on both point of views as nobody knows nothing for real.
Overall the current price is the highest it can get, i would not expect much change until the ballot actually happens.
Remind u, elections r coming, market usually slows down during that time
