@NR yea they say launchin in first quarter of 2015. But i reckon with the official launch or issuance to officers, prices will appreciate not go down. Theres a strong appetite for sucha development in the city. Cutrently ppl r a bit apprehensive as its the maiden launch n word of dha has been in town since 2012 n not launched yet.
The only downside i see is multans market is slow. Buyin n selling takes time unlike lahore isbs mature mkt.
current prices r reasonable, anythin below it will be a further gain.

I booked it last month, insha Allah will have it transferred this week. I didn’t want to take chances on the last minute but it actually took me over a month to get it thru a credible source.
