People are very desperate to find any thing safe on installments to invest. DHA Multan installment will be very hot. Probably booking price will be kept near 48 to 50 lacs min.

Last week of March or First week of April.
In December 2015, I heard everyone here saying to pay the membership as balloting going to take place soon and whoever has paid that before Dec 31, 2015 will be included and plot number will be allocated.
The same mantra was repeated to pay before Jan 31, 2015.
Then rumor of balloting by mid Feb.
And now we heard that balloting & plot number allotment is not going to take place in the first half of 2016 and possibly by the end of this year!
Why people are not honest and do not keep their commitments in Pakistan, esp in the real estate market?
Please understand those who control the market and manupulate things are big fish and very politely telling that they do not sit on zameen forum .
it is just dealers who weigh nothing but just keep spreading rumors.
Their sources are like a general laundry man was telling watchman that ballotting will be done in March and here we go on zameen.
still we get befooled.
just listen to news and then evaluate the source :)
It was not CMY or any other dealer but DHA multan was quoting the immenant launch on its fb page. Obviously, dealers always have an angle to capitalise on news and this happens across the globe. It is up to investors to carry out due research before investing anywhere or in any commodity. Let’s not blame others for bad or good decision. Be sane, be mature and be wise. Let’s own our decision. I bought 5 files at 28.50 and waiting for the good or worse but it’s my decision and I never regrets.

Even facebook cannot be taken as an official channel for DHA Multan. In real estate delay of few months upto a year are quite normal. If someone is not able to handle it then its better to wait for official add in the newspaper before investing.

You were the only one advising us to pay allocation fee so that we get balloting under phase 1. Can you please now also advice why there is a huge delay in launching DHA Multan and when is the balloting happening.

DHA Multan land files ballot delayed because DHA Multan is now going to launch installments plots first after looking at peoples very strong response to DHA Lahore installments plots and DHA Peshawar installments plots. DHA is as greedy as us to get rich quick. If we were not dying to apply for installments plots we could have had an installments plots.
Not 100% done deal but highly likely installment application in last week of April 2016 for DHA Multan. One kanal to be offered at 55 to 60 lacs and smallers plots to be offered too. Plots will be few hundred in numbers and at max 2000. Ballot for installment plots winners will be in 3rd week of May 2016. Land files military allotted files and installments plots winners will get their plot numbers togather with map in last 2 months of 2016. DHA saying we will hand over livable plots in DHA phase 1 in 3 years from today and development will be ongoing before plot numbers ballot.
Info is from highest possible person in DHA Multan and checked by 3 other sources in GHQ too. If still dont happen or things change please dont blame me. I have no control over any thing DHA do or dont do. We are just trying to get info and update you with whats ever little info we could gather from market. Because these things are never publicly said or admitted so there is always possibility we could be tricked into leaking wrong information too. You should not buy sell any thing until 100% satisfied or sure about information.

Just saw your post 1st time today. Was very busy providing results to 1000s of people for DHA Lahore phase 1 to 6 ballot and DHA Peshawar ballots.
I wonder how much money you paid to me to buying DHA Multan. Most likely none as I dont remember seeing any file sold by LRE with HIna name. I also wonder how that membership fee you paid to DHA could possible benefit me in any way. DHA said pay membership fee or stay out of ballot. You have or had choice not to pay and stay out of allot. Lahore Real Estate only buy or sell files for clients.
