Few months back, you lured people confirming ballot in June. We are already there but no news for ballot yet.
Construction of boundary wall is a very good omen - DHA is also interested in getting lighting on main boulevard before the launch.
i was skeptical that DHA may announce installment files in the range of 45-50.
Now i am pretty sure they would announce the installment plot in the range of 50+
recently few investors bought DHA bound acres for 65-70 lacs per acre - i highly doubt prices will go below 33.
Announcement for launch may be done after eid since there's a lot of work to be done
Price on dha website increased from 34 to 35 Lac just in a week. What could be reason in increase of rate in just few days?

Expected launch date seems close and may be DHA wants to show an actual picture/gate in the newspaper while launching this project, also alot of buying/selling activity may have increased the prices.

@NR We are not here to make sarcasm to each other. If i said 3 months ago that balloting will happen in June when mostly were saying it will happen in March. Even June didn't arrive yet and you proved me wrong. What if it happens in June.
