@SomRock, i am not being sarcastic. Was just informing you there is place on this website where you and other sellers can advertise. The discussion forum is for “discussion”. I hope Mr. CMY will also agree to this as he has very stringent rules for his website as well. Yes u are true, in A Block of Wapda Down phase 1,Prices are more high.And hope so due to good standard of development in Dha Multan,Prices ll b more high than any society in Multan.

Akhter bro are you predicting that file price will crash? Files generally fluctuate a bit but this kind of a solid and double prospect investment cannot just tumble. As discussed above, all factors are in its favour.
@Pardesi .. I can't say that this price will crash... But maybe in start of ramzan we can see some correction ..

If launch rumors are true then this increase is totally justified. However its logical to believe that investors who are interested in this project will try to invest before start of Ramadan as things slow down and lesser working hours, but i think price will not be affected, may stay stable…
Dear Akhtar this rate is from open market otherwise Dha Multan is showing file rate at 36.But nothing is available at this rate.
@Akhter Wahab, if you would have bought this file 6 months ago at rate of less than 30lac, then you would be the person among those who are coming in front to defend its price justification. Don’t Mind please. It’s just what reality is.

Scenario is very simple Akhter sb,Dha Multan is going to launch installment plots @60 in within two months.And lum sum file rate ll b between 45-50.So everybody want to keep the file in their hand at least till balloting.On the other hand everyone want to purchase to get good profit in two months.It means demand is too high and supply is less,this thing is increasing the price.It looks it ll touch to 45 lac till Eid.Only people those need urgent money due to any emergency situation,only they are selling the files.
I thought the launch price was going to be 55?
Now it is 60?
